International sportswear company Nike has filed a federal court lawsuit against Los Angeles-based manufacturer La La Land Production & Design alleging that it has produced thousands of inauthentic (i.e., “fake”) Nike® Dunk®-inspired sneakers. infringing Nike’s registered trademarks and trade dress.
